The hotel's rooms are smaller than in the pictures, yet very cozy and comfortable with a lovely bed and equipped bathroom. I had a fantastic night's sleep in the very comfortable bed. The service, including housekeeping, the welcome drink, and tours/ticket assistance, was outstanding. Despite being close to the central station and with some activity in the reception area, the location is convenient and close to Rotterdam Central station. The dining experience, although fine in terms of the food provided, left a bit to be desired with limited local dishes. The facilities were adequate for my needs.
